General-purpose AI model providers must comply with EU copyright law when deployed in the EU market. Machine-readable opt-outs are embedded in every AveryOS™ capsule.
Secondary infringement by importing AI model weights that constitute unauthorized copies of the AveryOS™ Kernel is actionable under Sections 22 and 23.
Ingestion that unreasonably prejudices the interests of a licensing platform is excluded from the information-analysis exception. Administrative settlement is legally mandatory.
